We are one of the most dynamically operating Polish leasing companies. We are part of the Alior Bank capital group, setting new directions in Polish banking, as well as the PZU Group, the largest financial institution in Central and Eastern Europe. We are also one of the member companies of the Polish Leasing Association – an organisation that represents the leasing industry in Poland, bringing together the most important representatives of this sector in the country. All this makes us a reliable, trustworthy employer and business partner.
Our team is made up of experienced experts from all over Poland, working in two sales networks, as well as employees at our head offices in Katowice and Warsaw. We employ close to 600 people in offices across the country.
Our aim is to provide entrepreneurs with a one-stop service and comfort by enabling them not only to finance a leased or loaned asset, but also to obtain full insurance coverage and assistance in handling their existing contract and policy. We believe that properly identifying a client’s needs, examining their expectations and financial capabilities and then tailoring the offer appropriately is just as important as establishing a long-term relationship and providing day-to-day support, giving a sense of security and making it easier to do business.

Tomasz Sudaj
President of the Management Board
At Alior Leasing, he focuses on implementing a strategy that ensures the long-term success of the company and an adequate response to the needs of the Alior Bank Group’s clients.
Responsible for the areas of sales, market development, legal and HR.
He has been associated with the financial sector for over 20 years. He started his professional career in the structures of the European Leasing Fund, where he managed sales at various levels.
In the years 2011–2018, he was responsible for the market strategy of Santander Leasing.
From 2019 to 2021, he advised companies and institutions as part of the international network of advisors Invigors Part of The Alta Group, primarily in adapting and operationalizing strategies to new market conditions.
From December 2021, he served as the President of the Polish Leasing Association.
A graduate of finance and banking at the University of Lodz and a participant of training in the area of coaching, leadership and team management.
Anna Młodawska-Sekścińska
Member of the Management Board At Alior Leasing, responsible for finance and IT.
Anna is a graduate of the University of Warsaw, at the Faculty of Economic Sciences – finance and banking, and also at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science. She also completed a management program at IESE Business School University of Navarra and Agile PM project management courses.
She has the qualifications of a Polish statutory auditor and international ACCA qualifications (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).
She started her career in finance in 2006 at PKO BP in the mandatory reporting team, then for 13 years she was associated with PwC, working in tax and audit departments in positions ranging from assistant to manager.
In the years 2020-2023, Financial Director in a property management company, responsible for controlling, accounting and reporting, taxes, debt collection and restructuring processes, as well as for supervising the department of accounting operations for clients within the shared services center.
At Alior Leasing since April 2022, she currently supervises the Finance and IT Area.
In private life, she is a wife and mother of three children, and loves spending her free time with her family.
Maciej Czapski
Member of the Management Board
At Alior Leasing, responsible for the risk area.
An expert in the area of risk management, associated with the leasing industry for many years. In the years 2005-2017 he worked for the ING group in Poland and the Netherlands, and in the following years he was associated with Idea Leasing and Getin Leasing, among others, upon merger of these companies.
He gained professional experience in the area of credit risk, debt collection, security, AML, risk policies and reporting, and process automation. Co-founder of an anti-fraud group operating within the Polish Leasing Association.
A graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw, majoring in Economic Management. He also completed studies for Banking Analysts at the Warsaw School of Economics and the MBA Essentials program at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Jacek Miketa
Member of the Management Board
At Alior Leasing, responsible for the area of customer relations and administration, including business process management and operational risk.
Expert in the field of public administration and cooperation with local government units.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia, majoring in Law. He completed legal counsel training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Opole.
He is a graduate of the Executive Master of Business Administration program and postgraduate studies in management. He also completed accredited training, including in the field of project management and human resources (organized, among others, by the ICAN Institute in Warsaw). He participated in a program organized by IESE Business School University of Navarra.
He is certified by the PRINCE2 Foundation. In recent years, he has been associated, among others, with the energy industry and support for the micro, small and medium-sized enterprises sector.
Voluntary member of the KOMAG Institute of Mining Technology’s scientific council.
